Supporting clinicians. Expanding access. Strengthening communities.
Behavioral Health Clinician Fellowship
Our fellowship supports behavioral health professionals as they navigate professional licensure and career development through supervised clinical experience, individualized mentorship, and opportunities for continued learning.
The Behavioral Health Clinician Fellowship is IWCC’s primary workforce development program, designed to support behavioral health clinicians as they work toward professional licensure while expanding access to culturally responsive mental health care for under represented communities.
The Fellowship combines supervised clinical experience, professional mentorship, professional development, and community engagement to help Fellows strengthen their clinical skills, build professional confidence, and prepare for long-term careers in behavioral health.

Dream to Heal Scholarship Fund
Reducing financial barriers on the path toward professional licensure.
The Dream to Heal Scholarship Fund helps reduce the financial barriers that can prevent under represented behavioral health clinicians from progressing toward professional licensure.
Many emerging clinicians face significant expenses throughout their education and licensure journey. The Scholarship Fund provides financial assistance to help eligible clinicians continue their professional development and remain on the path toward becoming licensed behavioral health professionals.
Every scholarship awarded is an investment in both an individual clinician and the communities they will serve.
Scholarship Support May Include
Licensure & Registration Fees
Financial assistance for eligible registration and licensure-related expenses.
Licensing Examinations
Support for eligible examination fees associated with the professional licensure process.
Continuing Education
Support for continuing education opportunities that contribute to professional growth and licensure requirements.
Professional Liability Insurance
Assistance with eligible professional liability insurance expenses.
Professional Development
Support for approved opportunities that help clinicians strengthen their knowledge, skills, and professional careers.
Our Goal
The Dream to Heal Scholarship Fund exists to help ensure that financial hardship does not become a barrier to becoming a licensed behavioral health professional.
Help support the next generation of behavioral health clinicians
